Research Interests
My research focuses on theoretical and computational condensed matter physics. I study a wide range of problems, from modeling and understanding the microscopic origins of real materials to connecting theory with experiments and designing new quantum materials. To achieve this, I employ approaches including first-principles methods, effective modeling, and method development. My main research interests include the following:
- Electronic structure calculations (DFT, DFT+DMFT, tight-binding)
- Modeling of solid states (Wannier, magnetic, quasi-particles)
- Development of first-principles computation methods
- Quantum materials, Magnetic systems, Two-dimensional van der Waals materials
- Materials Design
Code developments
- Magnetic force linear response theory (MFT):
- Magnon package: SpinMax.jl
